Homes

Apartments
Managing multiple apartments can be frustrating. We will ensure that your tenants make their rent payments on time.
Tenants call at all hours of the day and night. Let us handle the calls and schedule regular and emergency maintenance. We will contact your maintenance staff or, if necessary, use our connections to get the job done right.
Condos
Rent collections, maintenance requests, move-in and move-out inspections, and handling calls is the same for all rental properties. But condos have one big exception. You are responsible for your tenants following any condominium association rules and regulations.

Small projects we can handle, and over the years we have amassed a team of locksmiths, plumbers, painters, exterminators, electricians, etc for larger jobs.
