Prior to Rick’s current role as Principal, Greenwich Home Inspection he was President of Hvolbeck Construction Company, a business started in the 1800s by his great-grandfather, Jesse.
Rick is expert in every facet of the building industry, as well as keeping abreast of code changes and updates in construction and the real estate industry.
Respected by brokers, Rick has performed thousands of inspections since 1990, for both buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield and Westchester Counties, and beyond.
